Dave Osborne, AOC co-founder and Chief Executive Officer, combines years of experience as an Army strategic planner, senior operator and trainer with his small business insights to provide a skill set ideally suited for today’s competitive marketplace.

Dave is an Army War College graduate and recipient of the prestigious MacArthur Leadership Award. He had a wide variety of assignments in Infantry command and staff positions across the United States and Europe including stints with both NATO and the United Nations.

Dave’s prior small business experience includes postings as the director of business development and consulting services, as well as experience in proposal development and marketing. Dave holds B.S. in Education and a M.S. in Strategic Studies.

Mike Adair, AOC co-founder and Chief Operating Officer, is a former attack helicopter instructor pilot with twenty-five years of active Army service.  His Army career culminated in the Pentagon as a principal advisor to the Army's senior leadership on numerous aviation, training, human resource and transformation issues.

Prior to founding AOC, Mike served as a senior consultant and business development manager, responsible for developing and maintaining top level government client and industry partner relationships. 

Mike brings a wealth of leadership experience from his time in the military and in small business.  A graduate of Embry Riddle Aeronautical, Mike's operations and training background, combined with his worldwide assignments and experiences, provide seasoned insight into the difficult challenges leader's face on a daily basis.
