Mike Adair, AOC co-founder and Chief Operating Officer, is a former attack helicopter instructor pilot with twenty-five years of active Army service.  His Army career culminated in the Pentagon as a principal advisor to the Army’s senior leadership on numerous aviation, training, human resource and transformation issues.

Prior to founding AOC, Mike served as a senior consultant and business development manager, responsible for developing and maintaining top level government client and industry partner relationships. 

Mike brings a wealth of leadership experience from his time in the military and in small business.  A graduate of Embry Riddle Aeronautical, Mike’s operations and training background, combined with his worldwide assignments and experiences, provide seasoned insight into the difficult challenges leader’s face on a daily basis.
