• Performance Management and Strategic Planning

AOC provided classified (TS) consulting services for a highly technical organization within the Intelligence Community.  The work consisted of a series of training workshops and facilitated sessions directed at Senior Intelligence Service (SIS) officers to support their organization’s performance management initiative and strategic plan development.  This initiative enabled the 2400-member organization to manage and measure the impact of strategy execution; improve efficiencies in budgeting and resource management; and enable better communications with internal and external stakeholders. 

• Training and Training Management

Working in close coordination with our client, AOC delivered consulting services to a leading defense contractor for the development and integration of training systems and simulations designed to support soldiers in both the Active Army and the National Guard.  As an integral part of their business development team, AOC facilitated access to new and immerging markets and provided invaluable assessments of marketing products and materials.  Bringing seasoned insight and contacts in a wide-range of functional areas, AOC’s services enabled our client to focus critical resources towards the highest priority targets.

Team Building and Leadership Training

AOC delivered high energy, experiential team building and leadership training to a variety of the nation’s largest and most well respected companies.  The sessions were fun, interactive and informative, meeting with universal approval from the participants.  During the seminar portion of the session, our dynamic instructors provided valuable lessons on team building and leadership, drawn from decades of practical experience.  They also provided insights on how to build, strengthen and maintain high performing teams in today’s unique and demanding workforce.  Participants will walk away from our sessions with useful team building and leadership tips they can immediately put into action to improve their organizations.
